Quick Measuring Tip: Take a similar item of your own clothing (shirt, jeans, dress) and lay it flat; smooth out and make sure it is buttoned or zipped. Take a tape measure and measure the chest, shoulders, waist, sleeve length (if necessary) straight across, making sure the tape measure is tight from side to side or top to bottom (seam to seam). For pants, measure straight across the waist and along the inside of the leg (from slightly above the crotch, down inside the leg, to the very edge of the hem). Write these measurements down, then multiply them by 2 (i.e. if the chest on your favorite shirt measures 21" from armpit to armpit, then it's actually a 42"). *For pants, only multiply the waist size by 2, leave the inseam length as is.* Compare them to the item(s) you're interested in on our site and voila! You'll know if it will work for you.
